Ingredients
- Yellow: 1 Yellow Peppers chopped, 1 Yellow Squash chopped
- Orange: 1 or 2 Carrots shredded, 1 Orange Pepper chopped
- Red: ½ red onion chopped, 1 Red Pepper chopped
- Green: 2 or 3 oz of each of the greens, Kale, Romaine, Spinach
- Blue: Blueberries
- Purple: ½ head Purple (red) Cabbage shredded
Instructions
- Mix together and in big Salad Bowl. Serve with simple vinegarette to enhance the natural flavors.
