Ingredients
- 3-5 oz Frozen Blueberries
- 5 oz Coconut Milk or Nut milk of your choice
- ⅛ c chopped dates
- ¼ tsp Reshi Mushroom powder ( Medicinal Foods)
- ¼ tsp Cordyceps powder (Medicinal Foods)
- ¼ tsp Chi Tonic (Medicinal Foods)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in Blender - add purified water to your desired thickness.
