“My experience at Tanya’s retreat was out of this world! I was touched by the care and consideration Tanya and her team put into every detail. It was evident that Tanya put her guests needs first in every aspect to allow her to create and hold space for the individual needs of each participant. The food was healthy and bountiful, the painting lessons were informative and allowed for natural creativity, the yoga classes were juicy and uplifting, and all the activities were healing and enjoyable. I already have my spot reserved for this year! Thank you Tanya!”

Hello, my name is Becky. I attended a yoga-painting retreat that Tanya arranged and it was fabulous. I had such a great experience! The yoga in the morning was a great way to start the day. The painting portion was fun, especially watching my piece of artwork transform into something I could have never imagined. I am no artist, only a mere dabbler. My final piece of art work, which I named, “Warrior Goddess,” hangs on my wall in my living room. She is my reminder that life is a work in progress, ever changing, ever evolving. Furthermore, the food that was provided for every meal was fresh and absolutely delicious. I also met some really wonderful women. I would highly recommend the retreat to anyone that wants to experience something new and refreshing. For me it was reestablishing the whole mind, body, and soul experience into my life again. I can’t wait for the next retreat! Super Excited!
