Painting and Yoga Retreat for Women

Yoga Painting Retreat HeaderPlease join us in Beautiful Redstone, Colorado along the world famous Crystal River for a weekend full of self love and expression.

Guru Kiren and I are so excited to be offering this retreat again, the first time was an amazing experience. We will spend the weekend together at a private home nestled in the mountains next to the Crystal River. Where we will practice kundalini yoga, meditation and be led through a painting process by Guru Kiren which is based on a method of the famous artist Shiloh Sophia.Guru Kiren Kaur Khalsa with bio You will leave with your very own piece of original ART.

The meals will be all vegetarian prepared with fresh produce from local Colorado farms. This is an opportunity to connect with your true self in a intimate way surrounded by the beauty of nature in the comfort of small group of women. There is no experience of yoga or painting necessary just a willingness to create and be yourself. The schedule will be full of fun and once you sign up you will be given more details but here is the general outline:

September 23rd – 5 pm -9 pm (dinner included)
September 24th – 8 am -8 pm (breakfast, lunch, dinner – and snacks)
September 25th – 8 am -1 pm (breakfast and lunch)
Optional 1 pm – 5 pm at local hot springs
This retreat is limited to 12 women so that each individual gets plenty of individual painting instruction – so please sign up EARLY if you are interested. The Price of the Retreat is $500 before August 14th it goes up to $600 after that date and needs to be purchased by September 15th. You may put a deposit of $250 down to reserve space and the remaining amount will be due September 1st. This price includes lodging, all meals and snacks, all painting supplies and admission to the local hot springs. There may be private room lodging available by request for additional costs – please inquire early if this is a desire of yours.
